We got off to a good start, and we've been playing in a regular basis, but I feel we're starting to slow down; something not to my liking.

Start off dividing the actual roster into squads and roles, so we can start doing drills and map analysis as a team. I'd like to get this underway before schooling gets rougher. Not doing this as an ass; just making sure this group does ends up somewhere, and doesn't die off before it even starts out, which is a common phenomena nowadays.

Also, let's start doing CC-wide drills, to see how we act as a whole team, so we can 12 v 12 or something, someday.

P.S: And before the "server first" argument comes in, we can practice elsewhere too, seeing this is a FPS and ventrilo works quite well as a reunion place, and a lot of servers are deserted.

What times are we going to do this?

That's another thing we'd need to settle, because if it'll be squad-only practices, then each squad I presume will have it's training time, but if it's CC wide training, some time will be set down.

So what you're saying is we need to make squads to practice with and start having more organized events? Sounds good to me. Just talk to Jase or Wraith bout it and we'll see if we can get this rollin :)

Afternoons/evenings between 7 and 9 PM EST sound good? That gives us up to 2 hours for drills/practices/official playtimes. I'd prefer to keep everyone on at the same time, even during squad-specific practices, so that we can call meetings and the like easier. I can't do Mondays or Wednesdays as I'm at school those days. How does Tuesday and Friday sound for most events, with Saturday being clan match days when we're ready?

Additionally, I NEED everyone's account on my friends list. So far I have Jon, Wraith, Shadowfire, Morod, and Gunney. I still need IHateMondays. I've sent you several friend invites the past two weeks and none have been accepted. I don't know if you're purposely avoiding a friend invite or the game is glitching. If that is the case then I suggest you send me one to Elendius Shepard.

I'll figure out squads soon. For our first practice however I want us to play together and figure out who should do what under most circumstances. Expect to be responsible for two roles at least, and don't expect to be using Recon all that much. It's good, but Engineers, Medics, and Assaults are so much more useful.

Sorry for double post, but in response to Shehanigan saying we slowed down, I do think we played every night this week, unless I'm mistaken. I missed a few of those nights due to my school schedule, but at least three of us were on every night this week.

Read the first sentence in my post; it says clearly we're playing on a regular basis.

However, playing on a regular basis does not equal having a strong foundation or being in the right direction. Would we be doing good as a clan if we stayed playing regularly for 3 years but never move on? No, it wouldn't. Thus the post; it's about high time we leap forth and do more clan-oriented stuff, apart from scrims, seeing as we're getting very organized and we need to start practicing as a clan, after all.

I never posted we weren't playing or doing stuff; slowing down progress-wise doesn't equal not playing, just the two aren't related.

7 PM - 9 PM EST on most days is good for me. I'm gonna be a bit busy for the next month and a half since graduation is coming up. It shouldn't affect my availability too much.
