The official launch of Nobility will take place this week. The main website has finally been completed, the default information for our current clans written, and vent policies are now in place. The main site will include clan news, general gaming information for games our members are interested in, user blogs for those who choose to make them, screenshots, reviews, and an array of other things. We hope you enjoy the site once it launches later this week.
To accommodate for the changes the Blogs and Home portion of the forums will be disabled and inaccessible. This is why I never bothered fixing those pages to work well with this layout. Additionally, the clan portion of our site will be going full swing. As such, you must be made aware of what is expected of those of you who choose to participate.
Many who were members of The Jedi of Light from Jedi Outcast or Jedi Academy know what will be expected of you. Our ultimate goal as a clan is to develop long term friendships with kind and sincere individuals who allow morals to dictate their actions both online and in the real world. As such we have some rather strict policies which you will not find in nearly every other group. This ultimately sets us apart from other clans and makes us something "more" than just another clan. This also means that Nobility may not be what you are looking for. We hold no hard feelings if you choose not to sign up for the clan portion of our site. You will still be allowed to enjoy the rest we have to offer provided you follow the generic rules we have. For those interested in becoming full members, however, read on.
A member of Nobility acts in a courteous and helpful manner to all individuals. They are friends to most, and even to their enemies they remain calm and collected and refrain from adhering to poor attitudes or language. Thus trash talking, being a sore loser, making others feel bad, badmouthing someone else, being a douche, or doing anything related will not be tolerated. This does not stop with your interactions with members of Nobility, but also how you treat people outside of both the group and website itself. This means that if you cannot tolerate losing, bad gamers, or young voices, you best not apply and, frankly, you might find it difficult to enjoy this community without stepping on some unforgiving toes.
Every member will restart at level 0 once the site launches. In other words, nobody will be on the roster of the clan itself with the exception of me. To join the clan you will have to submit a formal application, go through a mandatory 2 week evaluation process, and then be given a series of trials. These trials, if you make it that far, will prove to be fun and challenging, but something everyone can pass. Note that the entire process is, ultimately, a trial itself.
The launched website will have all of our rules and policies. If you would like to take part in the clan aspect of the site simply submit a formal application in the application forum.
