Layouts in the works

Working on the official Cerberus forum layouts. I found some templates that already had some of the code I liked and am in the process of redoing the images and tweaking the layouts to fit what I have in mind. Kapan doesn't work at the moment. I messed it up. So just leave that alone for now. Actually I think I'll just turn it off for now, lol.

Pixelz and Breeze are the closest to completion. The banners they have right now were the stand-ins for the default layout I have begun editing. All of that will be our own stuff in due time. For now though you can enjoy the unfinished layouts!
