New Forum Layout Useable

What is to become the primary forum layout for Nobility works. A few of the images are placeholders, but the layout works now. Also, the banner is not finished. Hope you guys like it!

The forum icon doesn't change color when there is a new post. Can we get that working?

I checked. Sometimes it will have a new image, and other times it will not. I can't figure out why. The BFBC2 forum changes the image when a new post has been made, yet in the news section it does not.
