Well, the last group of names were not too popular, and we have since come up with many more names. Here's how this will go. There are 8 names you can vote on. Each day will see the end of 1 round and start of the next. You must vote constantly each day to be sure your choice stays in the running. At the end of the first vote, if any name has 0 votes, they will all be dropped. Should every name obtain at least 1 vote, I will take every name which obtains more than 1 to the next round.
After Round 1, we will begin to eliminate names one by one till one remains. The final round will have the top 2 names going head to head. Whatever wins will become our new name. This should all be said and done by the end of the week.
This may be irritating, but we have to get this one right! Here's something to keep in mind!
To join the clan, you must submit an application and must play 1 of our games. Once the application has been sent you will enter a trial period of up to 2 weeks. During this period you will play amongst our members and get to know them. You will also be expected to participate on the forums, as not all of us will be around when you are. If by the end of the 2 weeks you have not been accepted, then you have failed the trial. You will be allowed to reapply 1 month after the end of the 2 weeks. If after 3 applications, you must wait 1 year. We will keep a log.
Once in, you will become a Squire. You will be trained to play whatever game you play with us well, and will be expected to advance your friendship with your fellow members. In the case of an MMO or any game which requires leveling, you must reach end-game content to advance to the next rank. Once you obtain a rank in any game, that rank will transition to all groups. Squire applies for first-time members.
Once you are approved to advance to the next rank you will be promoted to Knight. Many will stop here, as everything after Knight has responsibilities.
Ranks: Baron, Duke, Earl
We will have policies of honor, respect, etc. If you were a member of Jedi of Light, you know full well what this all entails. Note that the curse rule will not be present, but if you sound like a gangster with your cursing you will be seen as annoying and thus will not be accepted.
So, take your pick on the name!
